Ingredients

  • chicken breast without skin — 1 pc.;
  • ham without skin — 2 pcs.;
  • onion — 1 medium onion;
  • butter: 100 g;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

Step 1.

Separate the meat from the bone.

Step 2.

All products, except oil, pass through a meat grinder.

Step 3.

Add salt and pepper, mix and beat the minced meat thoroughly, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4.

Add butter at room temperature to the cooled minced meat, mix thoroughly and beat off again.

Tip: it is advisable to beat off the minced meat twice so that it is saturated with oxygen and becomes more airy.

Step 5.

Form cutlets and put them in the freezer or cook them immediately in a way that is familiar to you (for example, steamed or in the oven).
