This dish will not leave anyone indifferent.

 

 

Ingredients

  • fresh frozen string beans: 150 g;
  • fillet of white fish (pike perch, pelengas): 150 g;
  • garlic: 1 clove;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • lemon: 1 slice;
  • butter: 15 g;
  • thyme: 2 sprigs;
  • olive oil — 20 ml;
  • cherry tomato: 3 pcs.
  • Preparation

Step 1.

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, put one branch of thyme on top.

Step 2.

Skin down, put the fish in a slow cooker, cook for a couple of seven to nine minutes.

Step 3.

2 minutes before cooking, put butter on the fish.

Step 4.

Wash the cherry and cut in half, and crush the garlic with a knife.

Step 5.

Pre-thawed beans with garlic, cherry and thyme lightly fry in olive oil (about five minutes). Add salt and pepper to taste.

Tip: it is better to crush garlic with a knife. So juice is released from it, which gives the dish a special flavor.

Step 6.

Put the beans on a plate, and on top — the fish skin up. Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice.
